GIESEMANN POWERCHROME T-5 ACTINIC BLUE

POWERCHROME T-5 actinic-blue emits almost exclusively blue light of wavelengths from 400 - 510nm, with a maximum at 420nm. These wavelengths promote the growth of many coral species in the aquarium and thus provide optimal lighting conditions.

Since most aquarium inhabitants live in seawater depths where the light is very blue-heavy, it is important to simulate these natural living conditions in the aquarium. POWERCHROME T-5 actinic-blue was therefore developed to enhance the blue component in marine aquariums. POWERCHROME T-5 actinic-blue emits almost exclusively blue light of wavelengths from 400 - 510nm, with a maximum at 420nm. These wavelengths promote the growth of many coral species in the aquarium, providing optimal lighting conditions.

enhances the natural fluorescence of the corals and shows them to their best advantage - especially in the twilight phase when used alone. The optimal use of POWERCHROME T-5 actinic-blue is the combined use with our POWERCHROME T-5 base colors aquablue-azure or aquablue-coral and of course our MEGACHROME HQI burners. POWERCHROME T-5 actinic-blue should not be missing for the illumination of coral reefs above any aquarium.
